There is no passion to be found playing small, settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living. ~ Nelson Mandela
As I watch the plants and trees slowly awakening from winter's sleep, it is obvious that nature does not want to play small and settle for less than what each plant, bush or tree is capable of becoming. They not only allow their beauty to be seen, they actually want to grow and become what they were created to be.
What a wonderful gift to remind us to let go of winter's cover/protection and the masks we wear to cover the gifts of who we truly are. Our fears and doubts keep us living such a limited life, sometimes even unaware of the love, beauty, truth and wisdom that lives within each of us.
So today, as you notice the pink blossoms of a cherry tree or the brilliant yellow of a daffodil, allow the gifts of spring to remind you to awaken to your true self and to live a little more the life you are truly capable of living! This will bring beauty and goodness to the world.
