WINTER 2017 CLASSES
TRANSFORMING YOUR RELATIONSHIPS TO EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS THROUGH THE ENNEAGRAM
Martha and I have come across a book by Roxanne Howe-Murphy, in which she integrates the wisdom of the Enneagram with presence based practices for everyday living. We believe this book can help us see and experience ourselves and the world around us in a new way.
Although we have been studying the Enneagram for over 22 years and have been trained by the leading experts in the world, the information in this book has given us new insights that we have benefited from and we are exited to offer these courses for your transformative journey.
Roxanne believes "that all life is an invitation to drop into our depths, open into our hearts, and see clearly what is really here." Consider this your invitation to Deep Living - being with yourself in an entirely new way.

MOMS MORNING RETREAT
Mom’s Morning Retreat is a trusted place for mothers to connect and replenish. We selected “Mapping Your One Wild & Precious Life” as this year’s theme, and we look forward to exploring this theme over coffee/tea and tasty snacks while sharing and supporting one another. What does it mean to Map Your One Wild and Precious Life? Though each of our maps may be different, and each of our destinations may be unique, together we may run into mountains of possibility, ponds by which we may take time to reflect on our journeys, forks in the road leading to very different conclusions, and must consider what tools may be useful to pack on the journey. Who are you? Who do you want to be? What opportunities does life offer? What challenges are thrown your way? How does your style affect your relationships? These questions and more may be considered during our meetings and together we will learn about ourselves.
Time: Meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, from 9:30-11:00am during the school year
Place: Grace Episcopal Church, 8595 NE Day Road, Bainbridge Island WA 98110

THE TRANSFORMATIVE PROCESS OF TRANSITIONS
We'll explore the transformative process of transitions together on three Tuesday afternoons and evenings during Advent. The season of Advent offers us the experience of waiting and preparing for new life. Join us as we traverse this process in our own lives and in our lives together at Grace Episcopal Church. Our time together will be filled with teaching, reflection, and discussion. Join us as we wonder together!
afternoons | 1pm – 2:30
evenings | 6:30pm - 8:30pm
A light soup/bread supper will be served at the beginning of the evening programs.
INSTINCTUAL VARIANT CLASS
Recognizing the way we give energy and attention to certain needs while neglecting others can help create balance in our life and provide help in dealing with our relationships. It is important to understand how our instincts are basic survival drives that play a major role in the decisions we make day to day, but are mostly unconscious of. The work is to understand our relationship with the instincts, recognize when they are unbalanced and learn how to bring them into balance. Find out more
Dates: 4 weeks on Wednesdays, from 9/21-10/12
Time: 9-11:30am or 6:30-8:30pm
